
There is no X that I can click to remove the name. Basically, I have access to edit a shared calendar, but that calendar shows up in the dropdown From field when I compose a new email, which is super annoying. I have pretty much the same issue as this post. I know I can just delete and re-add my personal account, but I was hoping to avoid having to wait hours for it to sync years of email. Remove from field in Outlook 2016 for Mac. Is there another way to reorder the accounts in the Mac version?

In the PC version of Outlook I can just drag one account above another. Statistic and count emails or other items in Outlook. Press the Fn key and right-click on My Computer. Uncheck the Hide On My Computer folders option. I'd like to reverse this order because I spend more time on work email and want to keep it on top. The steps are as follows: Open Outlook 2011 on Mac and go to Outlook > Preferences. But now my personal email account (that I added first to Outlook) is on top and my work account is on the bottom. So I unchecked the "Group similar folders, such as Inboxes, from different accounts". I added two mail accounts (work and personal) and I want to keep them visually separate in Outlook.
